Any of my followers know how to fix Fallout?

I’m using a Windos 7 64 bit computer with a ATI Radeon HD 4200 graphics card. It crashes anytime try to leave Vault 101.

I tried everything from changing the file to the unofficial patch to even that stupid ‘disable Aero’ thing and none of it works.

I’m not gonna get my money back from Steam, am I?
